Swingers club Cherry Pit update

In my previous post, about the swingers club The Cherry Pit, I cited from memory a case against a Salt Lake City, Utah video store owner who was cited for selling and renting adult videos.

You'd probably appreciate some facts as well as details regarding that case. It's certainly not the most important case of free speech or community standards however there's some interesting points and data you might find.

More than ever I think it's important to keep up on what's going on regarding our rights and the freedom of speech.
